About the Role:
Were looking for a full-time Project Manager (Web and amp; Internal Applications) who can support us with ongoing project execution and delivery. The role focuses on planning organizing and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time within scope and aligned with business objectives.
Youll work cross-functionally with various teams to track progress manage resources identify risks and communicate updates to stakeholders. The role requires you to quickly understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans while also following established workflows and methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for the company website and internal web-based applications including requirements design development testing release and iteration.
- Work closely with product design engineering QA and business stakeholders to clarify requirements break down tasks and manage priorities.
- Apply Agile project management practices (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
- Use project management tools such as Jira to track progress manage risks and issues and ensure project transparency.
- Develop and execute project plans to ensure delivery within agreed scope schedule and quality targets.
- Track key milestones and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes to improve team efficiency and delivery quality.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in project management or a related role preferably in web or software development projects
- Proven hands-on experience applying Agile project management methodologies in real projects
- Proficient in using Jira or similar project management tools
- Proficient in common office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong sense of ownership good execution skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on company websites portals or internal enterprise web applications
- Basic understanding of web development processes and technologies
- Agile or Scrum-related certifications (e.g. CSM PSM)

This is an on-site position. The employee will be hired under our Indian partner company and will report for duty at our Indian office.
