Job Summary

Well established companynationally recognised for providing service excellence across Australia are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities maintenance services across a diverse commercial property portfolio. This role is accountable for the effective management of operational workflows ensuring maintenance services are delivered efficiently consistently and in accordance with contractual service levels.

Work closely with property managers asset owners and tenants to maintain asset performance minimise downtime and uphold high standards of presentation and compliance.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen with the ability to optimise resource allocation manage vendor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning scheduling and execution of maintenance activities across commercial assets
  • Ensure delivery of services in line with SLAs KPIs and client expectations
  • Manage subcontractors and service providers including performance monitoring and contract compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers owners and tenants
  • Monitor operational and financial performance identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost optimisation
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations statutory requirements and asset management standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and asset outcomes
About You:

  • Proven experience in operations or facilities management within commercial property environments
  • Strong understanding of building services asset lifecycle management and tenant expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders in a service-driven environment
  • Commercially focused with experience managing budgets contracts and vendor performance
  • Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
