Associate Loan Advisor – New Grad Early Career (Paid Training)

Our 16-week paid training program is designed to translate your existing skills into a FinTech career with real earning potential from the start.

About the Role

This role is a great fit if youve recently graduated or have early experience in retail hospitality customer service insurance sales college admissions or financial services. As a Loan Advisor youll handle inbound calls and warm leads (no cold calling!) consulting with customers to help them refinance their auto loans.

In this role you will

• Leveraging a consultative sales approach you will advise customers on the purchase of additional protection products including vehicle protection services and other offerings
• Provide customers with a thorough explanation of the terms of their loans as well as aftermarket products and extended service contracts
• Effectively manage and maintain a large pipeline of prospective customers
• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner in congruence with our lender guidelines finance laws and internal compliance guidelines
• Process finance deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure funding
• Perform needs assessments overcome objections and manage the expectations of customers
• Other duties may be assigned

Location and Schedule

Based in Chandler AZ (Greater Phoenix area). The first two weeks of training are in-office five days a week followed by a hybrid schedule of four days in office and one day remote for the remaining 12 weeks. After training there is potential to shift to a more flexible hybrid arrangement based on hitting production goals.

Hours fall within our standard operations window of Monday through Friday 7AM to 7PM MT (hours of operation subject to change in the future). Youll also work one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday 8AM to 5PM MT) every four weeks with a flex day off in exchange.

About You

You have...

• A degree from a recognized college or university
• Strong customer service skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• Clear communication and active listening skills
• The ability to absorb information quickly and apply it in real-time conversations
• Comfort learning new technology and navigating multiple software platforms
• Strong time management and organizational habits
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

• Competitive compensation: $50000 base with monthly commission structure average annual earnings for the first year are $75000 with the ability to exceed the average due to uncapped commission potential.
