Position Overview

Freedom Boat Club of Maine is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Membership Executive to drive growth and deliver a white-glove sales experience.

This role focuses on consultative lifestyle-based salesguiding prospects into a membership that transforms how they spend time on the water.

What Youll Do

Drive membership sales through inbound leads and proactive prospecting

Deliver a relationship-first consultative sales experience

Follow up consistently to convert leads into members

Represent the club at boat shows events and networking opportunities

Build strong relationships with members to drive referrals

Maintain an active presence on docks to engage members

Work across locations and maintain flexibility for evenings/weekends

What You Bring

5 years of sales or business development experience

Experience in lifestyle hospitality or membership sales preferred

A college degree is preferred but not required

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Boating experience and ability to operate 2026 ft vessels

Organizational skills and CRM proficiency
