Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support an outpatient rehabilitation team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates to work in a dynamic patient-centered environment focused on orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized care plans to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques and functional training
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Ensure a safe clean and organized treatment environment
• Manage a daily caseload efficiently while maintaining quality of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Adapt to clinic workflows including potential floating to nearby locations as needed

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
