Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support for hardware software and system issues Diagnose and resolve user-reported technical problems Document incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system Configure troubleshoot and deploy laptops and related equipment Perform remote support and software installations Coordinate repairs with external vendors Support Microsoft Office Windows OS email and helpdesk tools Assist with basic networking and connectivity issues
Required Skills & Experience 2 years of help desk or technical support experience Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications Familiarity with networking and database concepts Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
Preferred Skills Associates degree in Computer Science or related field A or Microsoft Desktop Support certification
Education High School Diploma or GED required
