Job Description: Data Analyst at Vitable Health
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences revenue generation ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL PostgreSQL etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
- Experience in healthcare or related industry is a plus.
- Experience with statistical tools and methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
Salary & Benefits:
