Job Summary
This Help Desk Technician role is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates looking to launch their career in this position you will build hands-on experience supporting employees across the company with hardware software and system needs while learning how to maintain and improve business-critical technology systems.
- Serve as a first point of contact for Helpdesk requests via phone and email troubleshooting issues and documenting solutions with guidance from senior team members when needed
- Support the daily flow of business system operations and gain exposure to how technology enables company processes
- Assist in ordering tracking and receiving IT equipment from vendors
- Set up and deploy computers and devices for employees ensuring they are properly configured and ready to use
- Help maintain an accurate inventory of company hardware and equipment
- Document processes and contribute to improving system procedures over time
- Learn and stay current on new technologies software updates and tools that improve system performance
- Assist with installing and upgrading software across company devices
- Prioritize tasks effectively while collaborating with the IT team lead and peers
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities to expand your skill set and experience
- Follow company policies and actively participate in initiatives that support employee engagement and continuous development
- Build strong working relationships across teams to deliver excellent internal customer service
