仕事内容
1. 各種事業取引に関する仕訳の記録
- 仕訳作成に必要なデータおよび証憑を適切に収集確認し上長のレビューを受けたうえで日本基準および米国会計基準Japan GAAP / US GAAPならびにSOX要件に準拠して仕訳を計上する
- 担当領域における帳簿残高の正確性を確保するため定期的に勘定分析および残高照合を実施する
2. 方針および業務手続きの更新
- 現行の業務手続きを理解し新たな方針を導入する必要がある場合には業務手続きの見直しおよび更新を行う
- 業務効率向上を目的として業務手続きの改善を行う
3. その他の財務および管理業務
- 月次決算に関する証憑書類およびチェックリストの取りまとめおよびファイリングを調整管理する
- グローバルSOXポリシーにより求められるIPEおよびMRCレポートの作成提出を調整し内部監査におけるレビュー対応を支援する
- 上長より指示されるその他の各種管理業務を遂行する
