Cycle Count 系ツールをはじめとする庫内品質関連ツール全般に精通したSMESubject Matter Expertとして新規ツール導入時の日本側のビジネス要件整理やパイロットテストの実施既存ツールの活用高度化を担っていただきますグローバルICQAチームとの連携を通じてベストプラクティスの日本への導入や日本発の改善事例のグローバル展開にも携わることができます

We are looking for a Quality SME (Subject Matter Expert) for quality management tools across all inventory-holding facility types at Amazon (Fulfillment Centers (FC) Sub Same Day (SSD) External Fulfillment (EF) and more).
This position belongs to the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Central team. As the inventory quality management tool expert in Japan you will drive quality improvement across the entire network. Your role is to proactively identify quality challenges across facility types and lead solutions through effective tool utilization and mechanism building.
As an SME with deep expertise in quality-related tools including Cycle Count systems you will be responsible for defining JP specific business requirements for new tool launches conducting pilot tests and driving advanced utilization of existing tools. Through collaboration with the global ICQA team you will also have opportunities to introduce best practices to Japan and expand Japan-originated improvements globally.

Key job responsibilities
- 品質関連ツールCycle Count/Bin Count等の活用状況を把握し各FacilityタイプFC/SSD/EFへの展開定着最適化を推進する
- 新規ツール導入時にビジネス要件を定義しTechチームと協業の上パイロットテストからローンチまでを推進する
- サイトの品質課題に対しRoot Cause Analysisを実施しプロセス改善とツール活用の両面から是正措置を推進する
- SOP策定トレーニング開発を通じてネットワーク全体のスキルレベルを引き上げChange Managementを実行する
- 各サイトの改善事例を収集体系化しベストプラクティスとしてネットワーク横展開を推進する
- グローバルICQAチームとの連携を通じて最新ツール動向を把握し日本への適用計画策定および日本発の要件課題のグローバル発信を行う

- Drive utilization and optimization of quality tools (Cycle Count Bin Count etc.) across all facility types (FC/SSD/EF) from deployment planning through to adoption
- Define business requirements for new tool launches collaborate with Tech teams and drive end-to-end execution from pilot testing to launch
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for site quality issues and drive corrective actions through both process improvement and tool utilization
- Develop SOPs and training programs to elevate skill levels across the network executing Change Management for seamless adoption
- Collect and systematize improvement cases from sites driving network-wide best practice deployment
- Collaborate with global ICQA teams to stay current on tool roadmaps define Japan adoption plans and advocate Japan-specific requirements globally

Monitoring quality tool operational status; responding to errors and escalations
Handling technical inquiries from site ICQA teams (via Slack email tickets)
Requirements definition meetings with Tech teams for new tool launches
Designing conducting and validating pilot tests
On-site visits for technical guidance and training delivery
Information exchange meetings with global ICQA teams (Slack video conferences)
Creating and updating SOPs manuals and training materials



- Bachelors degree
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams including operations
- Experience in business analytics with demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analysis using SQL databases and Excel in a business environment
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1)
- Experience in English-language communication skills both written and verbal

- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Math Engineering Science or Business
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams including operations
- Experience in business analytics with demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analysis using SQL databases and Excel in a business environment
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1)
- Experience in English-language communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
