Role Relationship Manager – ETF Location Hyderabad
JOB ROLE: • Responsible for driving ETF sales and catering to all existing relationships including National and Regional Broking platforms. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for gathering assets in Mirae Asset ETF and would be responsible for AUM Growth. • Responsible for contacting all existing relationships including broking partners to represent Mirae Asset MF product offerings to the partners and clients. • Responsible for driving and developing strategy for ETF growth allocation and increasing Mirae Asset brand awareness in the market. • Responsible for doing regular engagement activities with partners and educate them. • Performing proper client due diligence for new and existing client relationships in order to comply with regulatory and internal legal requirements. • Evaluate a client’s investment policy for possible ETF investments. • Determine a product proposition that is appropriate for the partner/investor’s experience with financial products. • Review business trends in order to keep up a constant conversation with the partners and prospect. • Making presentation on Exchange Traded Fund & Products to groups and individuals in order to attract new clients/partners. • Responsible to coordinate and work closely with existing teams to increase the market share and number of partners/clients towards ETF business. • Ensure all activities are in line with Mirae Asset MF code of Conduct principles.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Strong analytical Communication skills & numerical skills • Capable of working independently and should focus on commitment with quality and consistency. • Should be result driven and should have strong technical skills (Word Excel PowerPoint).
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: • Post graduate with around 4 - 8 years of work experience preferably in ETF or AMC • NISM Certification is mandatory. • Strong understanding of Equity market & Debt Market.
• Good understanding of financial markets and instruments across asset classes. • Can demonstrate ability to work effectively as a team.
