Assistant Manager Revenue Booking

• Job Requirement:

• Minimum 7 years of experience

• Insurance Broking domain experience is mandatory.

• Team handling experience is mandatory

• Placement/Pre- Placement/ Premium team handling experience

• Indian / International Market experience.

• Insurance broking experience

Manage & enhance Revenue Booking validate Renewal entries and perform checks on weekly basis
2. Perform regular audits - Brokerage amounts resolving discrepancies establish clear guidance for pendency
clearance always ensure compliance per IRDAI standards
3. Create verify and issue RBS coordinate with Brokers & RMs for timely payments and maintain organized
pendency records
4. Suggest and implement improvements to revenue booking processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy
5. Collaborate with internal teams communicate with clients work with underwriters and liaise with regulatory
bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance
6. Assist in preparing renewal reports analyze zero brokerages and support audits with necessary documentation
7.
Coordinate closely with brokers to ensure smooth processing of all transactions maintaining clear communication
and addressing issues promptly
8. Ability to think critically and make sound judgments based on the evidence presented
