General Manager India (Aesthetics & Medical Devices)
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving business growth in the dynamic aesthetics and medical device sector We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to spearhead our operations in India. This is a high-impact role with full P&L responsibility where you will oversee sales marketing clinical-medical functions and operations to realize the full potential of the Indian market.
As the leader of our India business you will work closely with senior stakeholders fostering a culture of excellence and guiding a high-performing team toward ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the India business P&L ensuring sustainable growth and operational success.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand market share and enhance brand presence.
Direct cross-functional teams including sales marketing and clinical-medical departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key industry partners.
Identify and capitalize on untapped market opportunities particularly within the premium / Tier 1 segment.
Oversee daily operations ensuring that execution meets the high standards required for our premium product portfolio.
Qualifications:
Mandatory: At least 3 years of managerial experience specifically as a General Manager (GM).
Proven experience in managing large-scale business operations.
Deep understanding of the aesthetic landscape with specific knowledge of premium / Tier 1 products and target customers including plastic surgeons dermatologists aesthetic doctors and beauty experts.
A verifiable track record of business growth and expansion with significant achievements demonstrated within the last 5 years.
Strong strategic thinking abilities balanced with a hands-on execution-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated ability to identify untapped market potential and lead successful growth initiatives.
Experience in EBD and a relevant academic background are considered an advantage.
