HR Manager
Location: Kochi
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience in the automobile industry (mandatory)
Qualification: MBA
Salary: 60000 – 70000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle
* Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary processes
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
* Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
* Support management in HR strategy and organizational development
* Maintain HR records MIS and reporting
Requirements:
* Proven HR experience in the automobile sector is mandatory
* Strong knowledge of HR practices labor laws and compliance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
