We are part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail and customer service.
We are actively looking for dynamic talent to add to our sales teams! Our Kansas city locations include Baron BMW/Mini and Shawnee Mission kia.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features benefits and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Prospect daily for new customers andmaintainrelationships withpreviousbuyers
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates inventory and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience or customer service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desireto succeed in a commission-driven performance-based environment
- Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Mustpass backgroundcheck MVR and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work anda good drivingrecord
