Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely tax returns for individuals and small businesses
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and attentive service
- Explain complex tax concepts in a way clients can easily understand
- Identify opportunities to improve clients tax outcomes and long term financial well being
- Collaborate with a supportive team committed to integrity innovation and continuous learning
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- 1 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role (preferred but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail organization and multitasking abilities
- Curiosity strong problem solving skills and a commitment to accuracy
