- Hands-on experience with UltraTax and Workpapers CS
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online including monthly reconciliations
- Able to confidently manage tax and accounting projects without constant help
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a team-first mindset
- CPA or EA license or Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Actively use all available tools (tax research software AI Google) to solve problems independently
- Comfortable adopting new technology and changing processes
