Accounts Receivable Cash Posting Specialist

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Cash Posting Specialist on our team some of the things you would do on a daily basis are: accurately post payments adjustments and remittances assist with resolving outstanding claims and support month-end reconciliation. You would also process check payments and maintain the daily cash log and post all transactions in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The Cash Posting Specialist is also an integral customer service agent for inquires related to billing payments and account balances.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: This is a full-time non-exempt position.
o Range: $21.63-$25.00/hour
o Details: Monday-Friday 8 am- 5pm

What Were Looking For

Education: High school diploma required; Associates degree in Accounting Business or related field preferred

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience

Knowledge: Required knowledge and experience with Medicaid Medicare Managed Care Organization (MCO) and private insurance claims.

Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Abilities: Multi-tasking work independently organized able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
