Security Governance and Assurance Manager

Location: Global (Flexible to any country with a core JM site)

The role:

As a Security Governance and Assurance Manager you will help drive our goals by:

• Owning and continually improving JMs Global Security Policy Standards and site risk classification in line with the organisations risk appetite.

• Designing maintaining and delivering a fit-for-purpose Level 2 security assurance programme across JM and relevant third-party sites.

• Partnering with Group Security operations and business units to plan and conduct on-site security assurance audits and assessments.

• Coordinating with Group Assurance and Risk teams to support the development delivery and follow-up of Level 3 security audits.

• Tracking reporting and driving closure of actions arising from security assurance activity.

• Supporting global security programmes including penetration testing data governance continuous improvement initiatives and training.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Recognised qualification in Security Business Management or a related discipline supported by relevant professional experience.

• Proven experience identifying security risks conducting security assurance or audit activity and recommending pragmatic mitigation actions.

• Strong knowledge of physical technical and procedural security controls and their effective implementation.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed locations with strong organisational skills.

• Experience working with security-related data reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making.

• Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders across corporate and operational functions in a global environment.
