Job Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned locations within the Paints and Waterproofing Business. The role involves close coordination with hiring managers recruitment consultants and candidates along with maintaining accurate recruitment and employee data.

  1. Recruitment & Hiring
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for allocated locations for the Waterproofing and Paints Business.
    • Source and share suitable candidate profiles as per manpower requirements.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with respective hiring managers.
    • Act as a point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
    • Handle offer processing documentation and joining formalities.
    • Ensure timely and accurate document collection and verification of selected candidates.
  2. Consultant Coordination
    • Coordinate with external recruitment consultants for location-wise hiring requirements.
    • Share job requirements clearly and ensure timely profile submissions from consultants.
    • Act as a bridge between consultants and hiring managers for profile sharing and interview feedback.
    • Provide timely status updates and feedback to consultants.
    • Track and maintain data of profiles shared by consultants and candidate progress.
  3. Data Management & Reporting
    • Maintain and update the Final Master Tracker for offered and joined candidates.
    • Track and record details of profiles shared with hiring managers including source of hiring.
    • Maintain the Active Employee Sheet for the Waterproofing and Paints Business.
    • Ensure recruitment data accuracy completeness and timely updates.
    • Prepare basic recruitment MIS and status reports as required
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience in handling multiple locations and volume hiring.
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong follow-up and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
  • Ability to manage data accurately and meet timelines.
