Good understanding of Electrical Drawings Planning of Projects Erection & Stringing Maintenance.

Analyze the project and specify the basic approach to be used.

Procurement of all engineering Items/Raw materials including capital mechanical electrical Instrumentation & civil Items.

Both practical as well as theoretical knowledge of Different Electrical Instruments.

Maintaining the ISO standards and procedures.

Preparing and Submission of Bills to client office for both supply and civil erection.

Bills and Material Reconciliation.

Preparing and submission of project handing over materials.

Communicated with Staff and Contractors and residential customers on a daily basis and provided solutions for problems and assisted in new construction plans.

Performed regular job site observations to provided directions for all Contractors.

Avoided construction delays by efficiently following through with all site inspection in a timely manner.

Preparation of Statutory Clearances.

Preparation of ACE (Accepted Cost Estimate) or Zero Costing before commencement of project to ascertain better project margin with balanced proportion of Direct Cost and Overheads.

Preparation of Amendments of the contracts for both supply and erection portion.

Ensure compliance and implementation of QA/QC procedures and documentation. Strategic planning and consulting time and resource management for achieving scheduled milestones as per L2.

Resource Planning and Management.

Monthly client & vendor billing.

Man-Power handling.

Preparation of the Deviation Statement.

Coordination with Regional Office site teams contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of project issues.

Acted as a coordination interface between planning procurement billing and execution teams for effective project monitoring.

Follow-up and coordination for milestone tracking approvals and documentation at RO level.
