We are seeking a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to market available IT consultants for contract opportunities in the U.S. staffing market. This role requires strong communication skills vendor networking consultant marketing rate negotiation and the ability to build relationships with prime vendors implementation partners and direct clients.
Responsibilities
Market bench consultants for C2C W2 and contract opportunities across the U.S. market Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors implementation partners and staffing contacts Submit consultant profiles to matching requirements and coordinate interview schedules Negotiate rates follow up on submissions and support consultant placement activities Maintain consultant details daily submissions vendor communication and placement updates
Requirements
Experience in Bench Sales US Staffing or IT recruitment preferred Strong knowledge of tax terms such as C2C W2 1099 H1B OPT CPT GC and USC Good understanding of job portals LinkedIn vendor lists and mass mailing tools Excellent communication negotiation and follow-up skills required Ability to work in a target-driven environment during U.S. business hours
