Restoration Manager

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM On-Call as Needed
Location: Portland OR

GLISS is hiring for a growing restoration company in Portland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restoration Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish while managing crews coordinating resources and delivering outstanding customer service. Job Duties Include:

• Negotiate project scope and estimates with customers clients and insurance representatives

• Obtain customer approval before project start

• Schedule crews subcontractors equipment and resources for active restoration projects

• Coordinate and oversee water fire mold and other restoration services

• Train mentor and manage production and restoration personnel

• Maintain communication with customers subcontractors office staff and other project stakeholders

• Monitor project budgets and manage production expenses

• Ensure projects are completed safely efficiently and on schedule

• Conduct job site visits and maintain quality standards

• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience

• MUST be proficient in Xactimate

• Previous restoration industry experience preferred

• Strong leadership communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Willingness to work extended hours evenings and weekends as needed

• Ability to travel locally to job sites

Schedule Details:

• MondayFriday

• 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Approximately 45 hours per week

• Additional evening weekend and emergency response hours as needed

• Primarily local travel
