MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure the appropriate placement of competent MHR Nursing and Admin panel members
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Provide MHR placement services to clients
Placement administration of panel members
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12
DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma/ Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices
- MS Office (e.g. Excel -v look up pivot tables filters etc. Word - letters)
- Good understanding of the relevant legislation (i.e. BCEA LRA etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplace
