The successful candidate will assist with project planning site documentation construction administration supplier follow-ups client updates project folders ServiceM8 job cards site surveys measurements photos and handover documentation.
This role is suited to someone who has experience in construction Civil site administration project coordination or technical operations. Pool industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
The candidate must be accurate reliable process-driven comfortable communicating with clients and suppliers and able to work closely with site teams and management.
Key requirements:
Construction / project coordination / site admin experience preferred.
Strong administration and organisation skills.
Good communication skills.
Computer literate.
Able to follow procedures and checklists.
Practical reliable and detail-focused.
Valid drivers licence preferred.
Willing to learn pool construction.
