Summary/Objective
This role will support the NFLs departmental leads (three Senior Vice Presidents) with a focus on daily administrative and core operational support across these core functions of the League in order to drive efficiency and optimize the productivity of these teams and leaders.
General Administrative Support:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls
- Manager calendars across different time zones
- Create and distribute agendas
- Answer and route telephone calls and incoming mail
- Arrange and manage travel schedules and travel expenses
- Track and process P-Card transactions and expenses
- Prepare meeting materials and presentations
- Create templates for letters and memos
- Track and maintain department inventory and materials
Operations Support:
- Processing of invoices setting up new vendors and other financial system operations on behalf of the department
- Creating templated agreements and routing contracts through Docusign and other systems
- Processing staffing and credential needs for events and meetings
- Write and issue correspondence to key partners NFL clubs vendors and fan.
- Work closely with key leaders across the three departments Corporate Social Responsibility Football Communications and Human Resources.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a Four-Year College or University Preferred
- One to Two Years Related in Sports-related or Media Industry preferred
- General knowledge and/or interest in the National Football League strongly preferred
Other Key Attributes / Characteristics
- A strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple people and functions
- Must have exceptional prioritizing organizational communication initiative judgment and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic and integrity
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Skills a plus)
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
