CRM Application Specialist (Support & Functional)

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for CRM-related incidents and service requests
Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
Gather and translate business requirements into user stories
Support testing (UAT integration testing) and release processes
Collaborate with developers and global teams on enhancements
Assist in process improvements and system optimization

Additional Responsibilities:
Facilitate scrum or coordination meetings when required
Support documentation training and user enablement
Contribute to project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

37 years of experience in CRM support functional consulting or business analysis
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Experience with tools like ServiceNow Azure DevOps is an advantage
Understanding of ITIL processes is a plus
