Recruitment Specialist (Manufacturing )

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing screening interviewing offer management and onboarding.
• Advertise vacancies on job portals social media and recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing logistics production and industrial positions.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
• Conduct client site visits recruitment drives and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support high-volume and blue-collar hiring projects.

• Diploma Advanced Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 13 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing production logistics or industrial sectors is required.
• Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
• Willing to travel regularly to client sites in Klang and surrounding industrial areas.
• Knowledge of blue-collar mass hiring and shift-based workforce recruitment is an advantage.
