Responsibilities
The Human Resources Partner collaborates closely with leaders and employees to deliver people strategies that enable business collaboration with the AVP HR the role drives key strategic HR initiatives while providing handson support to strengthen talent engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Functions/Duties of Position:
Responsibilities will include the following:
Performance Management:Lead performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development plans.
Talent Management:Conduct talent reviews and partner with leaders on development plans and nominations for leadership development programs.
Employee Relations:Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Data-Driven Decisions:Proactively utilize HR metrics and analytics to obtain key insights to inform decision-making.
Culture and Engagement:Promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement through various initiatives.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Employee Support:Research and respond to employee queries; liaise with the HR shared services team as needed.
HR Administration:Conduct employee meetings (i.e. onboarding/check-ins/offboarding) and perform HR administration as needed in HRIS.
Innovation Initiative:Partner with the AVP HR to lead the Innovation Initiative for the HR Community.
Employee Events:Facilitate employee events activities and/or training.
Special Projects:Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education Requirement:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Qualifications:
Experience:Minimum of 7 years of HR experience including demonstrated experience partnering with leaders on both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR execution.
Certifications:SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification a plus.
HR Expertise:Strong working knowledge of human resource principles and practices applied in a proactive consultative solutions-oriented manner.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to credibly advise employees and leaders and build trusted relationships.
Confidentiality and Professionalism:Proven ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Organization and Execution:Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to balance strategic priorities and hands-on execution in a deadline-driven environment.
Judgment and Independence: Able to work independently and collaboratively exercising sound judgment aligned with policy risk and business objectives.
Technology:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams); experience with Workday and AI tools (e.g. Copilot) preferred.
Analytical Skills:Proficiency using HRIS and data to analyze trends solve problems and inform decisions.
Adaptability:Flexible and resilient with the ability to adjust approach in a fast-paced evolving environment.
