Junior Finance Business Partner ESS

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance Experian Software Solutions and working hybrid from our NY office.

You will have opportunity to:

• Provide financial reporting and analysis to explain technology costs to internal stakeholders.
• Support annual budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning for technology operations.
• Develop business cases and financial analysis for technology investments and governance approvals.
• Analyze the financial impact of major technology initiatives including cloud and AI spending.
• Help design and improve FinOps processes to strengthen technology cost management.
• Partner with finance and technology teams across the organization to improve financial performance and consistency.
• Monitor and provide insights on GenAI adoption usage and related spending across the finance team.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through automation analytics and AI.

Qualifications :

• 15 years of experience in financial management financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Experience with cloud technology costs FinOps or AI/GenAI spending is preferred.
• Experience developing business cases financial models and strategic financial analysis.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial controls within a technology environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience working with large datasets and producing accurate financial analysis.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in a large or global organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills experience and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
