Job Summary

We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support for a real estate company. This role is responsible for assisting agents staff and clients with IT-related issues ensuring smooth operation of real estate systems such as CRM platforms listing services and transaction management tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone email or chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
  • Support real estate applications (CRM systems MLS platforms transaction tools)
  • Set up and maintain user accounts permissions and access
  • Assist agents with listing uploads document systems and mobile tools
  • Install configure and update software and office equipment
  • Track document and resolve support tickets in a help desk system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
  • Maintain IT documentation user guides and FAQs
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS Microsoft Office and basic networking
  • Familiarity with help desk/ticketing systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
  • Strong customer service orientation
