We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support for a real estate company. This role is responsible for assisting agents staff and clients with IT-related issues ensuring smooth operation of real estate systems such as CRM platforms listing services and transaction management tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone email or chat
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
- Support real estate applications (CRM systems MLS platforms transaction tools)
- Set up and maintain user accounts permissions and access
- Assist agents with listing uploads document systems and mobile tools
- Install configure and update software and office equipment
- Track document and resolve support tickets in a help desk system
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Maintain IT documentation user guides and FAQs
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS Microsoft Office and basic networking
- Familiarity with help desk/ticketing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Strong customer service orientation
