National Law Firm Litigation Associate (Construction Focus) (34 Years)

A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Litigation Associate in Cleveland.

This is a great opportunity for a mid-level litigator whos interested in construction-related matters and wants to build experience within a busy collaborative litigation team.

What Youll Be Doing

Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
Supporting complex litigation matters
Assisting with depositions and court appearances
Managing communication with clients and opposing counsel
Gaining exposure to construction-related disputes and litigation

What Theyre Looking For

34 years of litigation experience
Strong writing and motion practice experience
Interest in construction litigation (experience is a plus)
Strong research analytical and communication skills
Solid academic and professional credentials
