What this role actually is:

Youll be the operational right hand to the Community Manager. Youll keep the financial and administrative engine running leasing rent collection reporting compliance while building genuine relationships with residents and prospects. Youll learn the full business from the inside out.

This isnt a clipboard-and-checklist job. Youll be expected toownyour responsibilities spot problems before they become fires and communicate clearly when somethings off.

What youll do:

• Support leasing activity showings applications move-ins/move-outs
• Collect rent post payments and manage delinquency follow-up
• Maintain accurate resident files and compliance documentation
• Assist with monthly reporting and budget tracking
• Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues with professionalism
• Step into the Community Manager role when needed
