We are currently seeking aCommunity Support Specialistwho is ready to grow with an industry leader inHomeowners AssociationManagement.
The ideal candidate hasat least 2 years of experiencein customer service data entry or front-office rolesbonus points if you have experience withmulti-line phone systems!
As aCommunity Support Specialist you will be a vital part of our in-office team ensuring seamless operations and providing outstanding resident support. Your daily duties will include:
Responsibilities
- Serving as theprimary in-officesupport team member.
- Acting as a backup for inbound/outbound resident calls and action items.
- Verify and update contact information in Management software.
- Effective and Personal Communication with Residents.
- Monitor Key/Access Codes Check In/Check Out for Homeowners Daily
- Facilitate Rental/Reservations of Association Amenities.
- Post office pickupsand return mail processing.
- Return Mail Processing.
- Attend all company and department-assigned meetings.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills
- Prior switchboardorcustomer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Homeowners Associationsis a plus!
- Strong attention to detailand excellentorganizational skills.
- Ability to multitaskin a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Drivers License

Work Environment
