Job Summary
Buck Mason on the lookout for someone awesome to take the reins as our Coffee Shop Manager at Fast Times SoHo. We need someone whos not just a leader but a coffee-loving maestro ready to train inspire and keep the vibe at Buck Mason standards. If youre all about communicating like a champ making savvy decisions and hospitality is your jam you might just be the face we want behind the counter.
Responsibilities:
- Be the leader everyone looks up to setting the bar high for performance.
- Run those shifts like a boss making sure the team is where they need to be serving up top-notch hospitality and sticking to Buck Masons drink and food game plan.
- Help whip our newbies into shape and keep the veterans up to date with the latest and greatest offerings.
- Keep operations in check making sure everyone is playing it safe.
- Give your team the lowdown on whats working and what could be even better with some timely feedback.
- Keep your coffee knowledge sharp through tastings cuppings and training sessions.
- Whip up those delicious drinks and bites to our high-quality standards.
- Make sure everyones playing nice and safe.
Qualifications
- At least one year experience of leading a team.
- Possess a Food Safety Certification or ready to snag it within 30 days post-hire.
- Youre a math and computer whiz.
- Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings mornings afternoons evenings late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays
$65000 - $75000 a year

While the base salary range for this role is $65000-$75000 per year your total compensation package will include an annual bonus of no less than 1% of your stores net profit in addition to applicable bonuses.
