Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role based in Honolulu HI. The Project Manager oversees day-to-day project delivery including planning scheduling and coordinating project phases from concept through construction.
Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary project teams managing client communication and expectations and ensuring design quality technical accuracy and code compliance. The role involves preparing and reviewing project documentation monitoring budgets and timelines and proactively addressing risks or changes in scope. The Project Manager also collaborates with consultants contractors and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution and successful outcomes across commercial civic academic and housing projects.
Qualifications
Demonstrated project management experience in architecture or related fields including coordination of scope schedule budget and resources.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead meetings manage expectations and build long-term professional relationships.
Proficiency with architectural documentation and coordination tools (e.g. Revit AutoCAD project management software) and familiarity with permitting processes.
Solid understanding of building codes construction methods and technical detailing for commercial civic academic and/or housing projects.
Ability to lead and mentor project teams delegate effectively and foster a collaborative inclusive work environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare clear reports presentations and schedules.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure is preferred.
Experience with complex multi-stakeholder projects and an interest in community-focused research-based design solutions.
Capacity to work on-site in Honolulu HI with flexibility to attend site visits client meetings and coordination sessions as needed.
