Job Summary
Job Title: CRM Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead the planning execution and delivery of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing CRM implementations stakeholder engagement and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end to end CRM project lifecycle including planning execution monitoring and delivery
- Drive CRM implementation migration and enhancement projects (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics / other CRM platforms)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define functional and technical requirements
- Manage cross functional teams including developers consultants QA and business users
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines budgets and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope time and cost constraints
- Conduct regular status updates stakeholder meetings and project reviews
- Identify project risks issues and dependencies and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and governance standards
- Oversee data migration integration and system customization activities
- Drive user adoption training and change management initiatives
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics
- 10 15 years of experience in IT Project Management with at least 5 years in CRM projects
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Oracle CRM (optional)
- Proven experience in Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in budgeting forecasting and resource allocation
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Hands on experience with CRM integrations APIs and data migration
- Familiarity with business processes like Sales Marketing and Customer Service
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
- CRM platform certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Dynamics 365)
- Experience in cloud technologies and SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
