Center Manager

Grifols, a global healthcare organization with a rich history dating back to 1909, is seeking a dedicated General Manager for a Plasma Collection Center. As the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining highest ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet quarterly goals, labor efficiency standards, and quality KPIs

- Create a productive work environment and value systems to boost staff morale

- Manage operations and employees with integrity and ethics

- Ensure staff training, quality goals, and operational efficiency

- Develop strategies for efficient staffing and process improvements

- Provide direction on all personnel functions and maintain personnel records

- Mentor team members and oversee donor selection, collection, and shipment process

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical or business environment

- Supervisory experience beneficial

- Proficiency in FDA regulations and cGMP environment

- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and maintain quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in medical or cGMP regulated environment

- Familiarity with plasma or whole blood operations

- Ability to balance multiple priorities and motivate staff effectively
