- Create and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards to support marketing strategy and decision-making for eyewear brands frames and lenses.
- Analyze and provide insights to optimize marketing performance and guide investment decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Finance Sales Operations and IT to ensure data accuracy and enable performance diagnostics.
- Develop and present findings and recommendations to executives and key stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic partner to brand managers and directors in preparing monthly business reviews and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage data analytics related to budget planning forecasting marketing initiatives and ROI optimization.
- Lead data harmonization processes in partnership with relevant departments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Oversee optimization of marketing campaigns and product launches including developing customer segmentation and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize advanced data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau SQL Business Objects) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Suite.
- Leverage intellectual curiosity to explore data solve problems challenge existing processes and formulate and analyze new hypotheses.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Economics Data Analytics Management Science Engineering Management Industrial Engineering Mathematics or Finance.
- 4 years of analytics experience.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills especially in presenting to executives.
- Experience in data analysis visualization and business intelligence tools.
