Job Description (JD): Land Acquisition
AM/DM/MGR Liaisoning (Solar)
Positions: 2 Nos.
Role Overview:
Responsible for identifying and securing suitable land parcels for company projects in Madhya Pradesh. This role involves close coordination with land consultants landowners government authorities and the legal team to ensure compliance and smooth acquisition processes. You will also maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure accurate documentation throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate suitable land for projects within company budget.
Conduct physical site visits and prepare all necessary documentation for land acquisition.
Coordinate with land consultants landowners government authorities and legal teams to ensure compliance.
Maintain proper records and documentation for all acquisition activities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of MP Bhulekh Khasra Khatauni and Bhu Naksha.
Proven ability in lead generation and customer acquisition for securing new land.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills to finalize land acquisition agreements.
Understanding of legal compliance related to land acquisition (added advantage).
Knowledge of MP State territory
Familiarity with the renewable energy sector.
Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors Degree / Graduate required.
Total experience 5 Year
Relevant Experience: 3 years in land acquisition.
Required Skills:
