Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Technical Recruiter to support hiring for healthcare technology and healthcare IT positions across US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing screening and closing candidates for healthcare IT data analytics cloud application development and digital transformation roles while ensuring compliance with US staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare IT and Technology positions.
Recruit for roles such as:
Data Engineers
Data Analysts
Data Architects
ETL/Informatica Developers
Snowflake Developers
Cloud Engineers (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Full Stack Developers
QAAutomation
UiPath RPA Automation Engineers
DevOps Engineers
Healthcare Business Analysts
Healthcare Product Managers
Healthcare Integration Specialists (FHIR HL7 EDI)
Source candidates through LinkedIn Indeed Dice Monster CareerBuilder referrals and internal databases.
Conduct technical screening and evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers account managers and clients to understand technical and domain requirements.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
Coordinate interviews feedback collection offer negotiations and onboarding activities.
Maintain ATS records and provide regular recruitment status reports.
Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare technology professionals.
Meet hiring targets SLA commitments and client expectations.
Required Skills
3 years of experience in US Staffing with at least 2 years in Healthcare IT/HealthTech recruitment.
Strong understanding of healthcare technologies and platforms.
Experience recruiting for healthcare payer provider PBM and health-tech organizations.
Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7 FHIR EHR/EMR HIPAA ICD-10 and healthcare analytics.
Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as JobDiva Bullhorn Ceipal or similar.
Strong understanding of US hiring models (W2 C2C 1099 Full-Time).
Excellent sourcing screening negotiation and candidate management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
Exposure to healthcare data and analytics hiring.
Experience hiring for AI Data Engineering Cloud and Digital Healthcare programs.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology Life Sciences or related field.
