This is a remote position.
DAWAR CONSULTING is a US based Consulting & Staffing firm placing top technical and professional talent at Fortune 500 clients across pharma/biotech semiconductor technology and manufacturing. We work with Direct Clients MSP-managed programs and leading VMS platforms and are growing our India-based recruiting team to support U.S. hiring operations.
You will own full-cycle recruitment for contract contract-to-hire and direct placements sourcing and submitting qualified candidates across Pharma/Biotech Medical devices IT Engineering Semiconductor and Manufacturing functions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter platform Indeed and other major job boards.
Engage passive talent through Boolean and X-ray search.
Screen for technical fit work authorization (OPT GC USC) and compensation alignment.
Submit candidates through VMS platforms (Beeline Fieldglass Workday) per client SLAs.
Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience from sourcing through offer.
Maintain accurate real-time records in ATS/CRM (Zoho Bullhorn Jobdiva or equivalent).
Partner closely with Managers to understand client needs and optimize submittal quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
47 years of technical recruiting preferably within Life Sciences and Tech at a staffing firm.
Track record recruiting in Pharma/biotech Medical Devices IT and Engineering
Hands-on experience working with MSP companies like Magnit KellyOCG Manpower
Hands-on experience working with VMS platforms like Fieldglass Beeline
Understand U.S. work authorization types US Citizens GC EAD OPT etc..
Must have recruiting experience in Life Science industry: Medical device Pharma biotech
Strong English communication skills written and verbal.
Ability to manage 710 requisitions independently during PST hours (US work hours).
