Impact

• You have a Bachelors degree
• You have 7 years experience as a compliance manager or similar position along with 3 years experience in project management
• You have experience in managing an enterprise compliance program including designing and coordinating policies procedures and training materials
• You have strong written and oral communication skills building relationships and inspiring trust and confidence
• You are a strong team player who is adaptable able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and committed to developing an inclusive team
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills good business acumen emotional intelligence and attention to detail
• You have the ability to multi-task focus on critical priorities and exercise sound judgment in an environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
  

Pay Range: $115000- $135000

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham San Francisco or Minneapolis to be hybrid which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate collaborate and spark team -office expectations will vary by role and leader.
