Our client is a company specializing in chemical that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Design implement and manage enterprise-level IT infrastructure systems for large-scale organizations.
Deploy and maintain systems including Servers Networks Storage Backup Security Monitoring and VMware environments.
Implement and manage IT services on Windows Server and Linux platforms.
Administer and operate enterprise systems and services such as:
SAP Business One Server
Microsoft SQL Server
DNS Active Directory (AD) DHCP
File Server
Microsoft Exchange Microsoft 365 (O365)
Web servers
Veeam Backup WSUS
Manage and operate storage and backup systems ensuring data integrity and availability.
Configure and enforce security policies using Checkpoint and Fortinet firewalls.
Monitor system performance conduct regular health checks and prepare periodic operational reports.
Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with IT policies standards and best practices.
Provide technical support to end-users for IT-related issues.
Requirements
57 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management preferably within large enterprises.
Proven experience in designing deploying and operating:
Server Network Storage Backup Security Monitoring systems
VMware environments
Solid understanding of security systems and frameworks including:
SIEM SOC
Antivirus solutions
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Strong experience working with Windows Server and Linux systems.
Experience managing enterprise services such as:
SAP B1 SQL Server
DNS AD DHCP
File systems Exchange Microsoft 365
Web services Veeam WSUS
Hands-on experience with storage and backup solutions.
Experience configuring and managing firewalls (Checkpoint Fortinet).
Ability to monitor system performance analyze issues and generate reports.
Good understanding of IT governance policies and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support end-users effectively.

Required Skills:
Must-have Minimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles such as HR Director CHRO COO or equivalent in large-scale organizations (500 employees). Strong expertise in human resources management business administration or related fields. Good command of English (both written and spoken). Nice-to-have Strong leadership strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Familiarity with AI applications in HR management and operations. An international education background is a plus.
