Job Summary
WE ARE HIRING DIGITAL SALES (ONLINE SALES)
MFiT Shop & Repeat Gym Phnom Penh
MFiT Shop & Repeat Gym are looking for a motivated and active Digital Sales Officer to manage online sales channels and support our customers through social media and digital platforms.
Position: Digital Sales (Online Sales)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook Telegram TikTok and other online platforms
- Promote and sell gym memberships supplements and fitness products online
- Follow up with potential customers and convert them into buyers or members
- Update product information promotions and pricing on digital platforms
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order processing and delivery
- Prepare simple online sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (or relevant experience)
- Experience in online sales social media sales or customer service is preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Familiar with social media platforms and messaging tools
- Active responsible and sales-oriented
