PONEA GROUP is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand presence and attract more fitness members through digital channels.

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Instagram TikTok Google etc.)
Create engaging content for social media and online platforms
Manage social media pages and respond to online inquiries
Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns
Analyze digital marketing data and prepare reports
Support brand awareness and online promotions

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing or related field
Experience in digital marketing or social media management
Knowledge of Facebook Ads Google Ads and online marketing tools
Creative mindset with good communication skills
Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
