Position: Marketing & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
Drive membership growth and achieve sales targets
Manage marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Build partnerships and promote brand awareness
Lead and motivate the sales team
Monitor performance and report results to management

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
Experience in marketing or sales management (fitness industry is a plus)
Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop marketing strategies and sales plans
Result-driven and customer-focused mindset
