Repeat Gym is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our fitness community by promoting gym memberships and services.
Position: Senior Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales performance to achieve monthly targets
- Promote gym memberships packages and services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up with leads and convert them into members
- Support and guide junior sales staff when needed
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- At least 23 years of experience in sales (fitness industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership ability and target-driven mindset
- Confident proactive and customer-focused
