Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve targets improve performance and ensure excellent customer service. This role involves supervising daily sales operations coaching team members and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team
- Develop new business opportunity (B2B clients corporate accounts)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand client branding and marketing needs and recommend suitable promotional items
- Follow up on leads inquiries and sales opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals with key account customers
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Train motivate and coach sales staff to improve productivity and skills
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Assist in recruiting onboarding and evaluating sales staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales with at least 13 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
