Job Summary

Job Summary:
To drive revenue growth by selling cloud services acquiring new customers managing existing accounts and collaborating with technical teams to deliver suitable cloud solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Sell cloud services including VPS Web Hosting Cloud Storage WAF Anti-DDoS Managed Cloud Database and upcoming services
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to service activation
- Identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities
- Present and recommend suitable cloud solutions to clients
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design PoC and onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
- Support renewals upselling and cross-selling activities
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT cloud or SaaS sales (preferred)
- Basic understanding of cloud services (VPS hosting storage etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Growth of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Accuracy of sales pipeline forecasting
- Conversion rate (lead proposal sale)
- Customer retention renewals and upselling performance
- Effective coordination with technical teams during PoC and onboarding
- Compliance with pricing approval and sales processes
